Established in 2018. Born into the West Indian culture, it was inevitable that I grew a passion for striking cuisines. I am Antiguan American. I was raised in New York City, a city that is extremely diverse and possesses a wide array of ethnic backgrounds. ​This multicultural society can definitely be seen in my style of cooking, and has influenced my appreciation of different foods. I prepare anything from West Indian cuisine, BBQ, Soul Food, Italian, Asian to seafood, and the list goes on. As the owner of Evolve Tasting. I’ve had the pleasure of catering weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, open houses, and many other events.
