I booked a reservation at Pujol before I even had a flight to Mexico City. Pujol is one of the World's Best 50 Restaurants and has two Michelin stars. I have been wanting to come to Pujol ever since I visited Chef Enrique Olvera's Cabo restaurant, Manta. The food and service at Pujol were top tier. I enjoyed ever dish. The staff was all so kind and friendly, and at no point did it feel stuffy.
Their infamous mole was delicious. It was $3,495 MXN (~$189) per person.
