Ramen Misoya is a restaurant that specializes in Japanese Miso Ramen. We are a Ramen franchise that started in Chiba, Japan. By providing the time and space for someone to come into our establishments and try miso, we hope to be a restaurant that can help you experience not only the tradition, but also the deliciously healthy taste that lies behind our miso. Established in 2013. Ramen Misoya Mount Prospect location opened its doors July 2013. Since then, we've become one of the major sought-out ramen restaurants in the Chicago area. Our goal as a company is to spread information about the health benefits for Miso using ramen as a gateway. There are currently approximately 120 other locations around the world.
