Loving my new favorite Evanston spot! Stacked & Folded is an upscale food centric bar/ restaurant that is right off the Northwestern University campus. Imagine if you combined two cuisines into the perfect sandwich , what would you get? Take American Cheesteak and combine it with #Korean meats and you get the Bugolgi Cheesesteak . The tender marinated ribeye is a perfect companion to grilled onions and provolone and is one of the best sandwiches you can get this spring in #Evanston outside of the Northwestern campus. This is a hidden gem of a brunch place. There are so many good options for food, including vegetarian dishes. The alcohol options are also great. This would be a great place to come with a group of friends to day drink and/or watch a game. The staff is also super friendly!
