Ramen Tatsunoya

Whenever we are in Pasadena we like to make a stop at Ramen Tatsunoya. There is usually a line out the door on most days but today we hot lucky and were seated right away. We like to get their sparkling yuzu drink but they offer a few beers and sake that go well with a bowl of noodles. Usually one bowl is plenty filling and can probably feed two people to be honest. Spicy pork ramen for a chilly day. I was a lil dissatisfied with the pork, mostly all fatty pieces. The spicy was a nice kick. And they had my order reasy in 10mins.

Ramen Tatsunoya has some of the most delicious tonkotsu ramen! You can order different kinds of broth that vary in boldness, so you could order a milder or bolder broth. Their pork belly is definitely one of their specialties so I would also recommend one of their rice bowls too

Ramen Tatsunoya was good but not great. The chashu was tasty, but the broth lacked depth and flavor. I’ve had better ramen in the SGV, though the service here was very nice and attentive. #RamenLovers #SGVEats #HonestReview
