Stopped by Republik Coffee in Pasadena and it didn’t disappoint. Ordered the Black Vanilla Latte and a Matcha Latte—both super smooth, not too sweet, and really well balanced. The Black Vanilla Latte especially had that deep flavor with a hint of sweetness that hits just right. Also grabbed a ham & cheese croissant, which came out warm, flaky, and buttery with a good amount of filling. Cozy vibes, fast service, and consistently good drinks—easy spot to come back to.

Republik Coffee Lounge is such a trendy, modern café and so lively. It has great seating space although I do think some people overstay and don’t leave room for others to sit at times. Their coffee is high quality and their food menu is great and one that goes beyond typical pastries. It’s a great spot for brunch or casual meetups, though it can get crowded and prices are a bit on the higher side, making it more of a social hangout than a quiet work space.

Love their Vietnamese cold brew cloud! Wish it was slightly less sweet (cannot adjust sweetness) and service is sometimes rude

Coffee just ok. Pastries looked sad. Expensive too.
