Somewhere to grab and go some vietnamese food. A taste of rice vermicelli with grilled pork and their house fried rice with porkbelly and is crispy and crunchy!

YOU 👏🏼 GUYS 👏🏼 Content doesn’t do this place justice because you can’t capture the flavors through the photos. This is my new favorite stop for garlic noods and banh mi. They perfected the ingredient ratios to maximize flavor. I’m so happy I found this place, and honestly, without an in, I probably wouldn’t have because it’s a little tucked out of the way. So m, I’m here, to share this gem with you & let you know it is worth seeking out. Hope you love it as much as I did!

The food here is actually out of this world. I cannot imagine my life before these bowls. The pork belly is so crispy and tasty and the sauces that go with the rice and with the vermicelli make the bowl so much better. Worth a try!

The banh mi was surprisingly delicious: excellent texture on the bread and the pork belly; we’ve gotten the vermicelli before and it continues to be a delish rec for Saiga

We catered Saiga for a work lunch and everything was great. They offer a lot of different catering packages. Everyone really enjoyed it.
