Trying this place for the first time definitely delicious I loved it so much

Blaze ramen has a good spicy kick to it. The pork belly is a thick cut and chicken is white chicken breast.

Empty bowl = bomb food!

Great spot for ramen 🍜 and 🍣

We were greeted and seated right away at the counter. Ramen was full of flavor and good portions. The chashu was melt in your mouth. The standout soda h for me was the creamy broccolini. It was perfectly salted and roasted. I wanted more.

Finally had a chance to try out this place. It's a decent ramen house to satisfy those late night cravings for savory broth and noodles. I got the Black Oil Truffle Ramen (B+) and it hit the spot. Granted it's not Little Tokyo caliber, it's good enough for the SGV foodies. I also tried the Pork Belly Bao (B) which was just ok. The pork was a bit on the tougher side. I like my belly to melt in my mouth and not have to chew much.

i was craving silverlake ramen after my nap. it hit the spot in flavor; freahly made and the server recommended me to get this apicy ramen although it wasn't spicy in my taste.
