They used 20 hours to make the soup base and it’s very flavorful and with a strong pepper smell too. The chicken is very smooth. We get to choose different kinds of noodles. Will definitely come back again! Love it!

This is a hole-in-the-wall Chinese noodle soup place located in a small Cupertino plaza. The Laksa Fish Noodle Soup was so delicious! The portion was huge and the turmeric and curry flavor wasn’t too overwhelming personally. Super hard to find this kind of noodle soup anywhere in the Bay. The noodles were basically made out of fish paste - so it’s pretty much a all-protein meal. You can swap out for vermicelli noodles if you want them to soak up the soup better!

Special Noodle Soup is a DIY type of hot pot. You can select your own broth, noodle type and ingredients for the hot pot, and they also have presets. Their other dishes are also very impressive, like the Hainan Chicken, fried fish, and oyster pancake. #chinesefood
