Crispy pork shank is a must try

My favorite dish was the patita. The skin was super crispy, but the meat was a bit dry. I was personally hoping for that contrast of crispy outside and tender inside—if it had that, I think it would’ve been even better. The Thai chili sauce paired well, and the cucumber on the side helped balance the richness. We also had the chicken chicharon, which was very crispy and flavorful, though a little salty for me. The tapa was just okay.

Modern filippino food!! they have delicious foods here. i tried out their garlic rice, lumpia shanghai and lechon kawalli. all delicious and perfectly done!! chef and his family were nice, as well!!

Parking may be a bit difficult but never difficult to find an available table. Love their pork belly options like lechon kawali and adobo. Don’t forget to order a side of rice!
