Tatsu Ramen is one of my go to ramen spots in Los Angeles. The broth and ingredients have a ton of flavor. I also love how you can customize your ramen bowl easily (for example, how much green onion, extra toppings, spicy level, etc.). My go to order is the Bold Ramen with extra green onions. #ramen #japanesefood

Great soup for a cozy day

I tried naked ramen for the first time and it was pretty good. The place was a little crowded and noisy, so you may want to take out or go for a quick meal. Garlic edamame was good!

It's a little cramped and crowded in there (I was unable to not hear every word from the girl sitting next to me detailing her entire sordid dating history to her friend) but the food is very good. Would recommend if you can find a quiet time to go.
