New 'Small and Pop' restaurant with good food, courteous service and clean and calm biance (We went around noon on a weekday and we're the only ones there.) We ordered 2 lunch rice specials: a fried fish w ginger and a seafood stir fry, plus a sticky rice with mangos for dessert. The lunch specials come with side salad and 2 small gyozas. Bill including tip was around $50. Overall, we're satisfied with the food. Food quality was fresh, flavorful with adequate portion and fair price.
