Taier Suancai & Fish

We wanted to try something new at the Santa Anita mall other than our usual din tai fung and hot pot place. Everything was so flavorful and their dan dan noodles were out of this world. The service wasn’t all that great but it was ok.

Spicy!! But so good

My third time back! Love their spicy fish dish and tried their new Szechuan wraps. Pricey but worth it for some quality fish and meats. I really like adding the flat glass noodle into the spicy fish dish.

Pork belly with pepper was really good. Just wish they put more meat in there.

The service was friendly and attentive. The staff made sure to explain the menu in detail, especially since the focus is on suancai (pickled cabbage) and various fish preparations. They were quick to offer recommendations and checked in just the right amount, without being intrusive.
