Too often the quick fix stops we can make for food do not support our choice for a healthy lifestyle. The Mad Beet, in one simple word, is a ‘choice.’ Here at TMB we still have cravings that get satisfied, we still snack before dinner and have trouble saying no to a midnight treat- we believe food should be fun, satisfying and rewarding, as eating healthy should not be a battle, a great expense or something you dread.
