Had to duck in here because of weather to jump on a call. Pleasantly surprised at the cool ambiance . It had a bookstore/library + cafe vibe. Wasn’t a huge fan of the seating arrangements from a work standpoint, but it would be a fun place to read and write. #coffee #chicago

Theatre kids unite! Or caffeine phenes like myself love it here. Im a sucker for an easy iced mocha and they kill it each time. Theres always a great crowd and welcoming staff at this cafe. Check out their social because this place stays active.

One day I’ll post actual food again but that day is not today.. and thank god for that bc @theunderstudychi deserves the spotlight. Great new winter menu!!

The Understudy is a coffee shop and bookstore. I came here for some downtime and really enjoyed the space.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Andersonville. Coffee is affordable and strong. Only downside is that they can get very crowded on the weekends. If you want to study it’s best to get there early and avoid peak times because you won’t be able to find a seat!
