Seafood pancake was disapponting. The pancake was basically all imitation crabmeat. No dipping sauce either . Service was poor. There were two tables in the entire restaurant and the two waitresses didn't seem like they wanted to serve us... they didn't check on us... ask if we needed more ban chan.

Tofu Bean Korean BBQ Grill in Diamond Bar serves super tasty bibimbap—fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The spacious dining room adds comfort to the experience. Service is average, but the food makes up for it. A solid spot for Korean comfort food in a roomy setting.

Sadly I’ve had much better Korean food, but I was in the area and just picked a non-grill based place to have lunch. There were quite a few people eating there, but the food was only okay tasting. I usually judge by the kim chi and this one wasn’t all that enjoyable. And the tteokbokki wasn’t spicy in the least which was disappointing. This place is a skip!

It is located in a quiet shopping plaza. The tofu soup was perfect, and the beef rib was just right. The side dishes can be refilled. It is not too crowded, making it a good place to chill with friends.

🍲 Tofu Bean in Diamond Bar offers acceptable food, but the service leaves much to be desired. While the dishes are decent, the overall experience is affected by the lackluster hospitality. Might be worth a try if you’re nearby, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.
