Umi Sushi is Chicago's first pay-by-weight sushi restaurant, located at 60 East Jackson Blvd in the heart of the Loop. The concept gives diners full control: load up a tray with rolls, nigiri, sashimi, or Japanese favorites and pay only for what you take. Every item is made fresh daily with premium ingredients, so the quality holds up whether you grab a light bite or a full spread.
