📍Viva Vegan, Colton, Ca📍 This one’s for any of my IE babies who are vegan or those hesitant about trying vegan food. Located in the cut of colton just over the tracks we have the delicious Viva Vegan restaurant. When I tell you that they bring that Mexican mother flavor it ain’t no joke! The fall apart carnitas, the tender asada, and the mouthwatering Al pastor takes you on a journey. Trust me when I say you won’t be sorry you went.

Hearty, thick broth, full of flavor and it's vegan; this is some of the best ramen I've had! Also, I loooove that they give you a bowl full of noodles instead of a bowl of soup, and the service is great!

Viva Vegan Diner has vegan birria and consummé soup! Their birria tacos come with this rich broth that you will want to drink up after your meal is done. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Lots of flavor for a vegan dish! They also have Taco Tuesday deals, I got their asada.

Ooof, I love when you get more noodles than broth! This birria ramen is yummy and the broth is actually so thick you'd be surprised it's vegan.

Everything here is 100% plant based and it’s delicious!! We got chips & guacamole, the OG burrito, Birria tacos, street taco combo with Al pastor, wings & pazole. Come check this place out if you’re in the area!!
