If you’re looking for fresh sashimi grade fish, they have a place in San Gabriel! It’s a small market where you pick a number, choose your fish from the display, and the chefs will slice it up for you, package it with tlc (ice pack included for preserving) and utensils!

I haven’t been here in years! (Like, literally maybe over 7 years) But this place has become a lot more brighter, and cuter! And even with all the improvements and all these years later… this spot is still super tasty!

Great hole in the wall to grab some sushi/sashimi. They use high grade seafood and their prices are not bad at all too.

Brought Yama back for a family dinner and look at this variety!! The freshness and quality can’t be beat and the prices are so reasonable. My go to sushi spot! There’s no dine in so you have to buy it to go.

This is our go to spot for a quick and easy sushi craving. They have so many sashimi options and the fish is always fresh. They also sell lots of other Japanese items in store too! Free parking in the back. Never disappoints!

Such cheap prices but great quality sushi. I got their cali roll, tuna roll and salmon avocado roll. Its really such a quick inexpensive meal. I’m gonna go here more

Delicious and fresh sushi at such a reasonable price! I’ve been coming here for years and I love their sushi. I always get their California roll and inari. It’s a grab and go spot with a little Japanese market with snacks and drinks. They have fresh sashimi in the store as well (cut to order).
