This little coffee shop is definitely a hidden gem. Ordered a Pandan Coconut Latte & Hong Kong Egg Waffles. Everything was outstanding!

This local, family-owned coffee shop in San Gabriel feels like stepping into a Vietnamese home—eclectic, warm, and inviting. The parking lot is small with a 2-hour limit, but I stayed for 3 hours without issue. Highlights: ✔️ Great service—they bring your order to you and clean up promptly ✔️ Egg waffle always slays—perfectly crunchy outside, warm and chewy inside ✔️ Drinks aren’t anything special but get the job done If you’re craving an egg waffle, this is the spot. He’s truly perfected it!

12/6/25 Warm, cozy, vintage no frills mom n pop shop to enjoy some freshly made egg waffles & latte or Vietnamese coffee, take home some dumplings etc Got an iced pandan latte, hot oat milk latte for Hubby & a freshly made pandan mochi egg waffle- best eaten right then & there
