I’m not a huge fan of the purple rice in my yogurt drink, I didn’t mind it, but I wouldn’t re-order this drink with purple rice. I understand the appeal though! The rice itself has a pleasant almost mochi-like texture and I’m confident I’d love the purple rice separately in other dishes, but personally I didn’t enjoy it in my drink, but I know others who do.
