One of the best ramen spots in the IE! People always say the best Japanese food is in OC. I’ve tried it there and totally agree. But after trying ramen in different cities, I realized I don’t have to go far, because one of the best is right here. Their Tsuke Ramen is unmatched. The noodles are perfectly firm and chewy, and the broth is rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying.

The best of both worlds! Plenty of options for both ramen and sushi at such an affordable price. This place is a nice, casual, low-key gem. Plus the hand drawn wall art gives it a cozy local feel. The ramen was rich and savory, and medium heat was the perfect amount of spice! Their sushi portions were definitely generous too 😋
