The perfect brunch spot with bottomless mimosas! The food here is so amazing and the atmosphere is great! I highly recommend eating on the patio with the colorful Umbrellas. The Copehouse is located in Downtown Redlands.

I ordered the “spirit animal” from their libations menu which was an awesome treat ! The bartender will curate a cocktail specifically for you after asking what base and flavors you like ! I asked for whiskey - not sweet - and to set my drink on fire ! They delivered ! Ive tried several food items and all have been delicious!
