Bombay Eats is the perfect fusion spot and now they even have a fusion brunch menu! It includes an Indian twist on rolls, wraps, bowls, and desserts. Some of my favorites were the egg white and spinach in a roti or roll, scrambled eggs with Indian masala seasonings, and they have bombay potatoes. For dessert they even have a crepe made with paratha, Nutella & fruit - So so good!
