This place is great when it’s not an exam season. Right now looks like UCSD is in the middle of it? There was no table available so we ended up sitting on the bench against the wall. We tried candy apple matcha soda. It was actually very good!

want a latte that packs a punch? Capital One's Verve Cafe has a delicious s'mores latte with chocolatey flavor. lots of seating but very busy, orders can take 15 minutes because of the line though staff works quickly. busy and tasty spot!

Capital One Cafe is always Capital every day! their matcha iced coffee is spot on, it can be hit or miss though and the wait can be very long! lots of seating but so crowded so seats are not always available.
