Great place to dine alfresco and experience the great food easpocially seafood.

So worth the hype. The food was great and the bartender was excellent! I will be back.

I came to Carbone for a light bite. I should've done my research as light bites are near impossible here. I only ordered a Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. Typical restaurants like this would bring you a complimentary bread basket. Here, they give you a bread basket with an assortment of high quality breads, a salami platter, and a bowl of pickled cauliflower. Oh, they also give you a small plate of Parmesan. Good food and good service.

We had such memorable night at the new carbone riviera located at Bellagio , food was amazing I’m still dreaming of that Caesar salad ! The service was great! I highly recommend this place for a special occasion since the prices were on the higher side, but it was absolutely worth it.

This is the Cavatelli. They offer complementary bread service which are the other items.

Really good and elevated ambiance. Food is expectedly good but may be pricier

This place just feels like overpriced Italian built on reputation. Food wasn't particularly tasty given the high price tag and was just good - I can name better Italian at lower price points.
