CAVA makes really delicious and nutritious bowls that you can customize and build yourself with various protein choices, fresh vegetables, hummus selections and dressing choices to fit your own taste preferences. I recommend the spicy lamb meatballs, chicken shawarma, or steak. The bowls are huge so it can fill your appetite or be 2 different meals. 🥣

CAVA is the the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. If you are looking for a tasty, fresh and healthy meal, I highly recommend the build your own salad with their falafel balls. Plus, you can watch the cooks making the food as you walk through the ordering line to put together your pita sandwich wrap or salad/rice bowl or salad bowl with all your own favorite choices of hummus, protein, veggies, and dressings.

They serve you so much food, it can be made into two meals! Plus, it feels very healthy
