This is my first time trying the traditional Japanese dish okonomiyaki, and it did not disappoint. I opted to go for the soft noodles because I wanted more of a stirfried instead of a crispy effect. I’ll have to try the crispy one next time. #noodles #japanese #losangeles

Really great and filling okonomiyaki. super satisfying. Definitely get it crunchy. not too much variance in flavor between each one. Would do more appetizers next time.
