Colombia in Park Slope

Colombia in park slope has some spooky decorations for the month of October!! Love the Halloween theme from the pumpkins, the ghosts, to the skulls. We had arepas to share, they were crispy and the filling was delicious. For the main course I had the sancocho. The soup was super flavorful! Meat was super tender and falls off the bone. The rice was a great addition to soak up the soup. Super good.

Great food as always!!! I had the carne asada with shrimp. Sauce was super yummy and flavorful. The steak was nice and juicy.

Amazing food!!! The arepa de choclo con queso is so yummy!! I had the Bistec a la criolla and the mango juice with milk. The bistec was super flavorful and tender!! The mango juice was refreshing and delicious. I tried the sancocho and it was so flavorful!! You can tell it’s been simmering for hours. Meat falls off the bone.

Most mag main? Would def be from this restaurant! My favorite would be the carne asada y camarones al aguardiente which is grilled strip streak and shrimp with a mushroom sauce. So good! The steak was super tender and flavorful! The shrimp was cooked just right, the sauce was super creamy!They also had a side of rice and green plantains which added to the dish so well! I paired it a delicious mango juice milk blended on the spot. They also have great appetizers, the ceviche so fresh!!
