Corridor Brewery & Provisions is a craft brewery and restaurant tucked into the heart of Chicago's West Lakeview neighborhood along the Southport Corridor. The brainchild of Greg Shuff and his team at DryHop Brewers, the brewery is led by Brewery Director Brant Dubovick and Head Brewer Ray Gonzalez, whose ever-changing draft list gives regulars something new to explore on every visit. Chef Jeff Parkin runs the kitchen with a focus on simple, delicious, locally sourced food designed to pair with the beers brewed on-site.
