I had a chance to check out the Afro-Atlantic History exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art. This exhibit will be featured until February 11th. It evoked so much emotion from me. You can even witness this exhibit for free on February 3rd with their first Sunday program. The Dallas Museum of Art has such a great collection of pieces from different time periods & cultures! Be sure to check out their Impressionist pieces, asian, & african art when you’re there! There are also different exhibits throughout the year. When I went, they were showcasing the Cartier & Islamic Art exhibit! It’s free to enter the museum, but exhibitions are priced differently. There is a parking garage that is about $15 but you can also find street parking.
