Tei-An is a stylish Japanese restaurant located at One Arts Plaza in Dallas's Arts District, specializing in freshly made soba noodle dishes served hot or cold in soups or with dipping sauces. The restaurant was founded in 2008 by Teiichi Sakurai, the celebrated restaurateur behind Teppo (1995) and Tei Tei (1998).
