Monarch is a wood-fired, modern Italian restaurant perched on the 49th floor of The National in Downtown Dallas, conceived by Two-Michelin Star Chef Danny Grant. The kitchen turns out handmade pastas, steaks, and fresh seafood with a focus on craft and quality.
