drink served in the coldest glass ever! 😆 I thought the food was ok, the paella was half slightly charred and dry/half moist and nice. the meatballs - excellent, the chicken, not so much. found it chewy and a bit low value considering the price. overall a bit disappointed but the service was excellent (if a little overbearing in a very tight space).

Spanish food at El Raval. Located on South Lamar. Favorites are calamari, pasta, meatballs, mushrooms.

This cute little Spanish tapas restaurant boasts some mighty fine dishes. The adobo calamari is a must- with its paper thin batter and intricate seasoning. The paella here are also cooked fairly quickly and very very flavorful. This will definitely be a repeat date spot for me.

Oh man, what to say, I really felt like we got a nice slice of Spain and tonight‘s meal! They took us really last minute and were super accommodating and still nice about it. We love that the owner came out and she was so sweet to us, and it really reinforced why we would support her business. You must try the veggie paella when you come by.
