The Ham and Eggs from Uchi is so fun to eat because of the crunchy texture. It’s also unique in that it’s filled with pork belly, topped with togarashi chili pepper, and comes with a yolk custard to dip. ($10.50 for 6)

Just the best! Honeycrisp apple palette cleanser was divine! Fresh fish stocked up!

The strawberry and tuna dish was very unique and had bold flavors. I enjoyed it but I wouldn’t necessarily order it again.

Uchi have a lot of amazing food, featuring things like sushi, sashimi, and some other innovative dishes! Definitely worth the trip!!!

Uchi’s menu is extensive with amazing hot and cold dishes. They also have super high quality fish! My favorite dishes are always the unagi, salmon belly and foie gras nigiri!

Uchi happy hour 🤤 the walu is so decadent— sweet, sour, salty — takes your mouth on a journey that will make you want more. Highly recommend! I did order the pork belly off the regular menu— and did not like it. So if you stick to happy hour— you will not be disappointed. Everything I tried was delicious!
