This is by far the best sushi around. They have been open almost 1 year, but l've only recently discovered them within the last couple months. The whole place is very welcoming with great service. They have an incredible menu with thoughtful dishes and quality fish! Even items you see on many menus have a slightly different take and are really tasty, but l also recommend trying dishes you don't see on many menus. I've been several times and haven't tried anything I don't like so far.

Dine LA - Omakase

I lived in Japan for three years, and Fillet Sushi is the closest l've come to that authentic experience here in SoCal. The quality of the fish is exceptional--fresh, perfectly prepared, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Beyond the incredible food, the people here are some of the kindest you'll ever meet. Warm, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to their craft.

Fillet Sushi is hands down the best sushi joint around the area. The restaurant is very clean and the service was excellent. We came to celebrate a birthday and the chef gave the bday girl an A5 Wagyu sushi and upgraded our dessert. There are plenty of street and structure parking around the area. Love this place!

If you are ever in the Monrovia, you gotta give this sushi place a try. The food and service were amazing. And since they know we had a birthday girl in our group, they gave us 2 huge desserts on the house. Will be back for sure.

We ordered Omakase and the dishes were delicious. Presentation was impeccable and the flavors were amazing. Service was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and will be coming back.
