Founded by Gerry Torres (City Tacos, Tour de Tapas) and guided by Executive Chef Eduardo Baeza, our kitchen celebrates the traditions of Mexico through vibrant dishes crafted from pre- and post-Hispanic recipes. From Oaxacan moles and Mayan achiote rubs to handmade masa and fresh seafood, every plate is a tribute to Mexico’s rich culinary heritage.
