Relic Bakery & Kitchen is a San Diego bakery born from a pandemic-era passion project in a North Park apartment, now a beloved destination at 845 15th St. Founded by Samantha, whose baking journey spans Copenhagen's Meyers Bageri, wood-fired bread training in France, and lead baker roles at Herb & Wood and Juniper and Ivy, the kitchen brings serious craft to every item. Her co-founder Derek trained under celebrated chefs including William Bradley at Forbes Five-Star Addison and Brian Malarkey. The bakery is known for inventive fusion flavor combinations across both sweet and savory pastries, all at approachable prices. Open Wednesday through Sunday, it suits solo visits and spontaneous treats alike.
