Gotham Bagels Magnificent Mile brings authentic New York-style bagels to the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago, with a tradition rooted in techniques dating back to 1906. Founded in 2006 by a New Yorker, the bakery hand-rolls each bagel using the same traditional ingredients that authentic bagel-makers have relied on for decades. The menu pairs those classic bagels with inventive sandwiches loaded with fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations. Guests rave about the smoked whitefish salad, lox bagels, and the satisfying balance of chew and softness in every bite.
