so excited to eat this after trying it in Korea. it was delicious, luxurious and subtle at the same time

This was one of the biggest dining disappointments I’ve ever had. The food was plated beautifully but everything was average or really bad. We spent nearly 300 dollars only to be incredibly disappointed.

Had high expectations for hibi, but the tasting menu had hits and misses. Some dishes were super good and then some were mediocre. Quite expensive too.

seasoning doesn't overpower the crab flavor

Michelin guide pop up Gebang Sikdang takes over Hibi. Great prices and top quality
