If you want to be part of the first, 4 PM seating, plan to arrive before 3:30 PM to secure your spot. If not, plan to wait 30 to 60 minutes. Always worth the wait! Some of the richest #tonkotsu broth & they get their #porkbelly from the smokehouse upstairs. 1/4 spice has a mild kick, but be cautious going past 1/2 spice.

Amazing ramen in west loop

The environment makes this the best place to indulge in noodle cravings. And to keep warm add the spicy and or some Japanese whiskey. Broth is always on point and noodles are perfectly cooked. Hard to go wrong here for ramen.
