upscale Chinese dimsum was tasty at hutong. The unlimited apps at brunch hit the spot, but some of the food was a bit oversalted

gorgeous Chinese restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. we enjoyed the Emperor Dinner menu for $65/person, & it was the perfect amount of food. i had the scallop & prawn garlic wontons (9/10), the steamed cod (7/10), chef’s fried rice (7.5/10), & the banoffee for dessert (10/10). this also included the chef’s dim sum selection. the stars for me were the wontons & the banoffee. i would come back for those alone!
