Kyuramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant located at 27-17 42nd Rd in Long Island City, Queens. The founder studied the essence of Japanese ramen across its three major regional styles, Kyushu Shio, Tokyo Shouyu, and Hokkaido Miso, to craft a menu built on rich, distinctive soup bases. Since opening its first location in 2014, Kyuramen has grown to over 126 locations worldwide. Beyond ramen, the restaurant is also celebrated for its omurice served with curry and its pork belly bun.
