Jazz Cat is one of the first shabu shabu spots to open up in the 626! Food is always solid. Very roomy and lots of burners for multiple hot pots.

Love their spicy seafood essence and Taiwanese spicy. It was very spicy and hits the spot. Their soups are so flavorful and rich. They also have AYCE options or a la carte

Jazz Cat offers a la carte or AYCE. They have many broths to choose from, good quality meat, and overall solid food 👍🏼

Food was yummy and good quality. It is a la carte and if you eat a lot it can get pricy. It was not too busy so the staff are minding their own business and can be distracted. However if you needed something they are quick to help!

I’ve been loving jazz cat for years. It’s my go to for hot pot for high quality broths and portioned meats. They have an AYCE or À la carte option, and I usually get À la carte. One time I got the AYCE and it was good too! I always get the spicy seafood essence and the sesame sauce and it always hits.
