We at Jiayuan Dumpling House proudly serve our famed home-style handmade dumplings, steamed stuffed buns, wontons, noodles, pancakes, cold and hot dishes authentically typical of highly valued Northeastern Chinese Cuisine, rather than Westernized Chinese food items. Established in 2013. Jiayuan Dumpling House began with humble roots in 2013 in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Emily and Linda- a mother/daughter team- had a vision for a family-style restaurant featuring authentic Northeastern Chinese Cuisine specializing in handmade dumplings. In less than six months Jiayuan Dumpling House was rated to be one of the best restaurants in the city of Lethbridge. In 2016, when Linda went to complete her graduate studies at the University of Toronto, Emily decided to close the restaurant and moved to settle down in southern California.
