This is one of my favorite places. We always get the gukbap, which you can salt and pepper and add chives to your liking. Simple but delicious banchan, and the service is quick and easy (you order on a tablet).

they’re popular for their cold noodles but i thought it was ok. i got the spicy cold noodles and it was spicyyy

we enjoyed everything that we ordered, especially the boiled pork belly (수육)

This place will keep you well fed. I got the cold noodle which was stocked up with toppings. I also got a small pork belly dish to share and I didn't realize it came with rice. The kimchi served here is also delicious - just the right amount of fermented for me. The order by tablet makes the ordering experience less daunting. The staff were kind and attentive when we went!

Jinsol Gukbap has the hole in the wall mom and pop shop feel. Their servers are always so nice and welcoming which makes me always wanting to come back. The kimchi has just the right amount of spice to it without being too overbearing.
