Crushing sesame for sauce

Really decent tonkatsu spot in the neighborhood. Pleasantly surprised and honestly glad we have something like this close by. The unagi don was super good. Saucy, tender, perfectly cooked rice. The tonkatsu was fresh and juicy with a great crisp. I didn't love the tonkatsu or salad sauces, but that's more personal taste than anything wrong with the food. The corn though?! What on earth!!! It was insane. Crispy, buttery, covered in furikake. Total showstopper. I would go back just for that.

Pork tenderloin katsu is always solid. Curry sauce is $3 more. Corn ribs with the furikake is worth a try as well. No wait at 7pm on weekdays. Good service and quality

I doubled down on the **chicken cutlet** and the **pork tenderloin**, and honestly, smothering both in their **curry** was the best executive decision I’ve made all week. The chicken stayed impressively crispy even under the sauce, but the pork tenderloin was the real MVP—super tender and lean without being dry. The curry has that classic, deep savory warmth.

Pork loin katsu was good as expected. Tenderloin is a fattier cut than the pork loin. Good proportion of everything provided in the meal.
