La Rosticceria

I tried the famous Prime Rib Panino at La Rostocceria inside Eataly, which includes sea salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil & housemade bread. I added Provolone and Urbani Truffle Fonduta at an extra charge. Unfortunately, it was much too salty, and although I don’t mind slightly charred bread, the bread was overly charred, so all in all, it wasn’t worth the price. I enjoyed the taste of the meat and truffle, however. I’d give them another go! #panino #primerib #bread #truffle #eataly
