We started Manu because we love making delicious and unique food and we wanted to share the things we love with the community. We've used our Mexican and Argentine roots to make food that feels familiar yet unique. Everything we make is made from scratch from organic, local, raw ingredients. This includes our super healthy sourdough bread but also our dulce de leche and our pesto. We do this because we believe this is the only way to achieve the high quality, healthy food we strive for. But also we just really love making it! Salud!
