Love this restaurant! The beans and salsa are so good it’s hard not to fill up before the delicious food arrives. Margaritas are also the best in San Diego.

“I had a fantastic dining experience at South of Nick’s! The ambiance is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a night out. The enchiladas were delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Service was attentive and friendly, and the margaritas were some of the best I’ve had. Definitely a go-to spot for great Mexican cuisine in a lively setting. Highly recommend!”

I loved that they give you complimentary chips and salsa with a little side of free refried beans. Everything on their menu is amazing. Really really good Mexican food. It’s pricey but that’s because it’s really delicious. We had to wait 45 min on a Friday night but there are so many other venues in the center that we had fun walking around while we waited. Probably smart to make a reservation on a busy night.

This is a great happy hour and can be enjoyed indoors and outdoors
